Peter Helis Speaking at the Asia Pacific Conference of Deans and Directors

At the Asia Pacific Conference for Deans and Directors, Peter Helis had the honor to hold his first speech in 2018. He talked about “Building Partnerships and Utilizing Opportunities” between China and the West. This conference was organized by the Association of MBAs (AMBA), the most influential MBA Association in the world. With headquarters in London, it does not only operate in Europe but worldwide and has well over 23,000 members.

The conference was held in Northern China’s Harbin City at the renowned Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT). Close to 70 deans and professors of some of the most prestigious business schools in Asia (such as Tongji University, Beijing University, Monash University, etc.) attended.
This education summit brought together leaders of international business schools from the Asia Pacific region and besides presentations and excellent networking, the conference addressed the key issues facing top decision makers in education.

The event was held during the 34th Harbin Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival, featuring temperatures below -20 degrees Celsius and some of the world’s biggest ice sculptures.
