Peter Helis Joins 2025 GBA Switzerland Economic Forum Celebrating 75 Years of Swiss-Chinese Ties

Guangzhou, June 24, 2025 – The 2025 GBA Switzerland Economic Forum, held in Guangzhou, marked 75 years of Swiss-Chinese diplomatic and economic relations with dynamic discussions and networking. Highlighting robust ties, 2024 bilateral trade between China and Switzerland reached $65.46 billion.

The forum featured leaders like H.E. Jürg Burri, Swiss Ambassador to China, and Canton of Vaud representatives, focusing on Life Science, Art & AI, Brand Management, and GBA-Switzerland collaboration. Peter Helis, representing Guangzhou and Huangpu, participated in the engaging GBA panel, moderated by Klaus Zenkel alongside Invest HK. The event included inspiring exhibitions, networking with Swiss delegates, and a vibrant gala dinner.
